How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for weddings and large corporate events, and 1-2 months for smaller events. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.

What is your payment policy?

We typically require a 30% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due one week before the event. For larger events, we can arrange a payment plan. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash payments.

Do you travel to other cities for events?

Yes, we manage events throughout Gujarat and can travel to other states in India. Additional travel and accommodation charges may apply for events outside of Ahmedabad.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?

Our cancellation policy includes a full refund if cancelled 90+ days before the event, 50% refund if cancelled 30-89 days before, and no refund if cancelled less than 30 days before. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
